Coconut Sunrise Smoothie

Exotic, earthy and healthy, this smoothie will boost your day! The fruits, nuts and super foods that go in the blender will make you feel unstoppable!
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 oranges, peeled and pits removed
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 2 brazil nuts
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger (you can add more if you like)
  • 2 dates, pitted and soaked in hot water for 15 minutes
  • 2 tablespoon oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients on high until very smooth
  2. Serve immediately
  3. Drink
