NO-CHURN CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
This is a gooey, dark and thick ice cream. It is so velvety and deliciously fudgy, it’s like frozen ganache.
– Cocoa powder
– Heavy cream
– Dark chocolate
– Sweet condensed milk
Some extra ingredients that make it even better because they
enhance the chocolate flavor
– Instant espresso powder
– black pepper
How to make it:
– Cook the cocoa powder and cornstarch with some milk and cream.
– Add the dark chocolate and a can of sweet condensed milk.
– Cool the mixture and then whip it to make it fluffy.
Use a good quality dark chocolate, 55% cocoa
Before you store it in the freezer you can fold roasted nuts, crumbled cookies or chocolate chips
