How to make creme brulee in 5 easy steps 1. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, the vanilla extract, and the salt. 2. Heat the cream and slowly add it to the egg yolk mixture. 3. Transfer the mixture to the ramekins, place them inside a baking pan, fill it with boiling water and bake in the oven. 4. Chill in the fridge. 5.
