Croissant dough pizza (crizza?)

  • 1 container croissant dough (makes 6 croissants)
  • 2 tablespoons thick tomato paste mixed with 2 tablespoons water (or 4 tablespoons ketchup)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or gouda or cheddar)
  • 5-6 slices ham, shredded
  • 5-6 slices pepperoni


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Open the container with the croissant dough, divide it into 3 rectangle pieces and put one next to the other forming a large rectangle.
  3. Mix water with tomato paste and spread it on the dough. Top with ham, cheese, and pepperoni.

  4. Bake on the bottom shelf of the oven until cheese is melted and crust is brown at the edges, about 20-30 minutes. Eat!
