World’s Best Red Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup berries I use a frozen mix of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and cranberries
  • 2 1/2 cups cold pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • optional: 1 teaspoon honey or agave if your berries are very sour

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Drink.
