Banana strawberry smoothie recipe (with adaptogens)
This banana and strawberry smoothie recipe is a delicious breakfast or midday snack. Add one or two adaptogenic herbs and make it extra healthy!

Ingredients

strawberries

large banana

cups
pineapple juice

tablespoons
oats
2
brazil nuts
or 4 almonds
½
teaspoon
cardamom or cinnamon
1
teaspoon
dried stinging nettle
1
teaspoon
maca powder
Instructions
Transfer all of the ingredients to the bowl of your blender and blend until smooth.
Drink!
Notes
The strawberries and/or the banana can be frozen.
You can also use other kinds of red berries.
The smoothie will be a lot tastier if the banana is very ripe.
If you don't have pineapple juice, use orange juice (and maybe a teaspoon of maple syrup)
