You only need 3 ingredients to make the best strawberry cream which is served in cups or glasses. This easy dessert recipe with fresh or frozen strawberries, cream and white chocolate has a soft pink color and is perfect for Valentine's Day or any other sweet occasion.
Transfer the strawberries and the cream to a small pot and heat until the cream is almost boiling.
Transfer to a food processor or a blender and blend until smooth.
Return the mixture to the pot and heat until steamy. Optionally, pass it through a strainer to catch any seeds and make the cream smoother.
When the mixture is hot, take the pot off the heat, add the white chocolate and stir with a spatula until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Crush the cookies (if using) and divide them between the serving glasses (or cups). Pour the cream over the crashed cookies and chill in the fridge for a few hours until set.Once the cream has set you can garnish it with some fresh berries (I use raspberries or blueberries), chocolate shavings or a few mint leaves.

The vanilla extract is not a must, but it will complement the strawberry flavor.
For the best taste and texture, use real white chocolate and not chocolate melts. Real white chocolate has only cocoa butter and no other kind of vegetable fat.
