ripe banana, fresh or frozen

red apple, peeled and cut in chunks

mixed frozen berries (such as strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and cranberries)

cold pineapple juice

Instructions
Transfer all of the ingredients to the bowl of your blender.
Blend until smooth.
