My everyday green salad with herbs
A healthy and delicious side or a light snack! This is a recipe with everyday vegetables, lots of herbs for extra phytonutrients, and some cheese and nuts to satiate your hunger!

Ingredients

lettuce leaves, chopped

red bell pepper, chopped

green bell pepper, chopped

sliced tomato or 4 -6 cherry tomatoes

almonds (optionally slightly roasted)

(110 grams) gruyere cheese in small cubes (or another hard cheese of your preference)

chopped herbs mix (parsley, dill, chervil, green onions)

olive oil

apple cider vinegar or other vinegar of your choice
A pinch of salt
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients together in big bowl and mix well.
Eat!
Notes
The cheese and almonds really help in satiating your appetite. But you can also add some boiled chicken and make it a light dinner or lunch!
