Ingredients

can Crescent Roll Dough Sheet
½
cup
pizza sauce or ketchup
(see notes)
1 ½
cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
(or gouda or cheddar)

thin slices
ham
cut in strips

pepperoni
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Open the container with the dough and roll it out on a piece of parchment paper. Form it into a rectangular sheet and pinch together any seams.
Mix the water with the tomato paste, the garlic powder, the dried oregano and the black pepper. Then, spread it on the dough.
Top with the ham strips, then the cheese and the pepperoni slices.
Bake on the bottom shelf of the oven until the cheese is melted and the crust is brown at the edges, about 20-30 minutes.
Notes
For an easy
homemade pizza sauce
mix together:
¼ cup thick tomato paste
3 tablespoons water
A pinch of salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried garlic powder
