This quick and easy Greek yogurt dip recipe is a healthy version of homemade ranch dressing, perfect for veggies and chips. It can also serve as a refreshing dressing or sauce for salads and appetizers, and especially fried food like air-fryer Brussel sprouts and fried zucchini chips.
Transfer all ot the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well with spoon until combined.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
Serve with vegetable sticks, chips and more.

Instead of lemon you can also use lime (for the juice and zest).For a Greek style veggie dip (not similar to the classic ranch dip) you can add 1-2 Tablespoons of fresh, chopped spearmint (or mint) per cup of yogurt. It goes very well with fried vegetables and the Greek kolokythokeftedes (zucchini patties).Fresh herbs are suggested for this recipe, but if not available dried herbs can also work. However you'll need to use less (about ⅓ of the amount of fresh) because dried herbs have a more concentrated flavor.
