3.53oz(100 grams) dark chocolate, 55% cocoa, chopped
1tablespoon(15 grams) mild olive oil
1tablespoon(15 grams) vegetable oil or coconut oil
¼ – ½teaspoonfreshly grated black pepper
¼teaspoonsea salt flakes (regular salt will also work)
½teaspoonhoney (or maple syrup if vegan)
For the white magic shell:
4.23oz(120 grams) real white chocolate, chopped
1tablespoon(15 grams) mild olive oil
1tablespoon(15 grams) vegetable oil or coconut oil
¼ – ½teaspooncinnamon
¼teaspoonsea salt flakes (regular salt will also work)
Instructions
Combine everything into a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 20 seconds increments, stirring after increment until melted. Allow it to cool a little.
Pour it over everything you like, or use it to coat frozen fruits and other treats.
Notes
If you’re daring enough, you can use only olive oil (2 tablespoons total). It will need a few seconds more to set, when drizzled over ice cream.
