With Valentine's Day just around the corner, a lot of you have already started all the plannings and the preparations for this special day.
I have to confess that I'm not a big fan of this day only because I feel that we shouldn't have to have a reminder for when to celebrate our love with our better half; we should do it frequently and in every chance we have.
We also shouldn't feel the pressure if we're single. It's totally okay to be single, and in certain periods in our lives, when we have to focus on ourselves, it's probably better.
Anyhow, this is a brief list of recipes to help you plan a romantic dinner, whether it's Valentine's Day or just a random day of the week when you decide you want to celebrate your love.
For such a dinner I would choose easy and quick recipes that won't need your presence in the kitchen for the whole day or recipes that can be made one day ahead, dishes that are not too heavy on the stomach and foods with not very strong smell (go easy on that garlic!).
